We truly value our customer satisfaction, however, we understand there can be mistakes from our side while delivering our services. We highly regret any inconvenience caused. We have made the returns easy and convenient, you just need to register for a return and our delivery boy shall pick it up as per the delivery location. The refund shall be initiated once your item is received by us or the seller. We have, thereby, formed some return policies so as to ensure that we are able to compensate for your losses:
Customers need to apply for a return within 24 hrs from the time of delivery of the product*, following which the return process shall be initiated. The return status of the item shall be finalized by the shopkeeper’s approval.
The product shall be returnable if the product received is damaged, defective or different from the details mentioned on the site/app and Items sold as sets/combos cannot be returned individually.
As far as the clothing items are concerned. We shall not take returns of lingerie, innerwear and other apparel labeled as non-returnable.The clothing shall be returned in the original condition(i.e., should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled) with the pricing and other tags still attached, failing which we cannot assure you for a refund or replacement.
As far as the electronics items are concerned, Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled or else the return shall be discarded.
*The grocery items like fruits or vegetables need to be registered for return within an hour of the delivery.
